A LETTER FROM OUR VICE PRESIDENT OF RECRUITMENT
Dear Potential New Member,
I’m beyond excited to welcome you to Western Michigan University and can’t wait to introduce you to our incredible Panhellenic Community! My name is Audrey Welch, and I’m honored to serve as the Vice President of Recruitment for WMU’s Panhellenic Council. This community means the world to me, and I’m thrilled to share it with you!
Our Panhellenic community is made up of 7 amazing chapters, each filled with incredible women who are eager to welcome you with open arms. While every chapter has its unique identity, they all share a foundation of love, passion, tradition, and, most importantly, community.
By joining this sisterhood, you’ll not only have the chance to grow personally, but you’ll also be supported every step of the way in a safe and empowering environment. Our goal is to help you find your true home—a place where you will receive unconditional love and support.
Our sororities are full of driven, ambitious women who are involved in everything from sports and clubs to various other activities across campus. When you join a WMU Panhellenic chapter, you're not just joining a sorority—you're becoming part of a strong, supportive community that will celebrate you in both your best and toughest moments. The bonds you’ll form here are truly one-of-a-kind, and the memories you create will stay with you for life.
While the recruitment process might seem intimidating at first, I promise it’s completely worth it. The Panhellenic Council and our incredible Rho Gammas will be there to guide you through every step, so take a deep breath and just be yourself! You’ll find your place, and when you do, it will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life.
This community has given me so much—lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and countless lessons—and I wish for all of you to experience the same. So, are you ready to Go Greek?
